As the riding season changes so can your K1300S or K1200S or S1000RR shield! Pirates' Lair now offers the entire line of replacement BMW K1200S / K1300S windshields from MRA of Germany. The variable adjustable shield, a double bubble race version, and a touring version. All come with a sporty dark tint which not only helps protect your gauges from menacing UV rays, but makes your gauges easier to read in both bright light and at night... and did I mention they look great!!

The dark tinted Variable Adjustable version shield which is 3 5/8" taller than stock acts like a touring screen with a spoiler on the end. A kind of draft deflector which can be manually adjusted while riding in the angle and length in seven positions. Because the wind current goes behind the spoiler, the otherwise annoying wind turbulence is reduced.

The Touring shield which is also 3 5/8" taller than the factory shield has the form of the original windscreen, except that at the end it also has an upwards-bent draft deflector over the whole width. Thus the wind pressure is deflected away from the driver, making for a more relaxed driving position, even on long trips.. Just enough to take a bit of the white edge off the screen but will not affect you visibility. It's also dark tinted.

The Double Bubble Race Version dark tinted shield which is 2 1/8" taller than the factory K1200S/K1300S shield offers similar to stock protection, a very sporty look, and a low profile appearance.

The Original Replacement Dark Tinted Version (pic at right) we sell is for those who like the shape and height of the factory K1200S windshield. It's as close to an exact replica of the stock shield that patents will allow except it's got a dark smoke tint to it. The entire line of MRA replacements shields are made from Plexi for durability and scratch resistance. All (4) of these MRA shields fit ONLY the BMW K1300S or K1200S..
